Peugeot Motocycles management has made an irrevocable offer to buy the business back, with completion expected in the second half of 2026.
The brand is returning to French hands after ownership changes through India and then Germany.
The deal could give Peugeot Motocycles a clearer strategy, while its core scooter business and electric ambitions remain the key challenge.
