1st-gen Macan is built on the MLB architecture with a sporty SUV chassis setup. The 2022 facelift refreshed the styling, introduced a touch-based center console and updated PCM infotainment, and revised chassis/steering calibration for improved balance between handling and comfort.
Macan T uses a 2.0L turbocharged inline-4 (EA888) paired with a 7-speed PDK dual-clutch transmission and Porsche Traction Management (AWD). Sport Chrono is standard, enabling sharper throttle/shift mapping and launch control.
