Gen 3 moved to the MLB Evo platform with a lighter, stiffer body/chassis. It introduced more advanced chassis electronics (optional 3-chamber air suspension, PDCC active anti-roll, rear-axle steering) and updated PCM infotainment/connectivity, improving the balance of handling and comfort.

3.0L turbocharged V6 (about 2995cc) paired with an 8-speed Tiptronic S automatic and Porsche Traction Management AWD. Direct injection and turbocharging deliver strong low-end torque with improved efficiency.
