Gen 3 (981) introduced a new lightweight body with longer wheelbase/wider track, electric power steering, retuned chassis and improved aerodynamics. The 2015 facelift (981.2) brought PCM infotainment and detail exterior/equipment updates, improving usability and overall refinement.
