7th-gen 911 (991) introduced a lighter body structure and a longer wheelbase for improved stability; the 991.2 facelift brought broader turbocharging across the range plus updated PCM infotainment/connectivity and chassis refinements. The GT2 RS further focuses on track capability with uprated aero, cooling, brakes and suspension tuning.

Rear-mounted, rear-wheel-drive 3.8L twin-turbo flat-six (with VTG) paired with a 7-speed PDK dual-clutch transmission; upgraded cooling and track-focused calibration deliver very high torque and power.
