The 2nd-gen GLA moved to the MFA2 platform with a larger, more practical body. It brought the MBUX digital cockpit with dual screens, expanded driver-assistance tech, and improved comfort and refinement.

GLA200 uses the 1.33L M282 turbocharged inline-4 with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic (7G-DCT). Some model years/markets add a 48V mild-hybrid system for smoother launch and improved efficiency (market/year dependent).
