First-generation EQV is based on the V-Class (W447) with a full-electric drivetrain and large battery to deliver a luxury, zero-emission MPV; the 2024 facelift updates exterior/interior and infotainment (MBUX), plus upgraded driver-assistance and comfort features.

Front-mounted electric motor (about 150 kW) with a single-speed reduction gear driving the front wheels, producing about 362 Nm; high-voltage lithium-ion battery (around the ~90 kWh class depending on version) with DC fast charging and regenerative braking, tuned for smooth delivery and comfortable cruising.
