1st-gen Q50 (V37) introduced a more modern chassis and increased electronic systems (notably DAS steer-by-wire), improved active safety and infotainment; the 2017 facelift refreshed styling and driver assists, and the VR30 3.0 twin-turbo V6 brought stronger performance with better efficiency.
