The 6th-gen M3 (G80) introduced the new S58 twin-turbo inline-six, increased body/chassis rigidity, and upgraded electronic control for the active M differential, braking and thermal management. iDrive integration and M Setup personalization became more granular, improving outright performance and adjustability.
