Overview
Long-wheelbase flagship sedan with FSI power and quattro traction; a calm, spacious cabin layered with refined materials and modern tech for composed, quiet travel.
The 3rd-gen A8 (D4) used an all-aluminum ASF body on the MLB longitudinal platform for improved rigidity and weight reduction. It brought updated MMI/infotainment, more driver-assistance features and LED lighting, while refining quattro and chassis tuning (with optional air suspension) for comfort and stability.
4.2 FSI naturally aspirated V8 with direct injection, paired with an 8-speed Tiptronic automatic and quattro AWD. Tuned for smooth, linear response and refined shifting suited to a luxury saloon.
