The 1st-gen V8 Vantage adopted the VH bonded-aluminium architecture, focusing on low weight and high torsional rigidity. A front-mid engine layout improved weight distribution, paired with updated chassis tuning and stability control calibration for sharper handling.
Naturally aspirated 4.7L V8 (AJ37) with either a 6-speed automated manual (Sportshift) or 6-speed manual (market/year dependent), driving the rear wheels. The “S” focuses on higher output/torque and sportier chassis and powertrain calibration.
