1st-gen Rapide is a VH aluminium-structure four-door GT. The 2013 facelift introduced Rapide S with revised intake and updated engine calibration, higher output, chassis retuning, and newer infotainment (AMi II on some markets).

6.0L naturally aspirated V12 (5935cc) with a 6-speed Touchtronic II automatic (paddles), rear-wheel drive. For 2013 (Rapide S facelift), output was increased with revised tuning and matching chassis/steering updates, keeping the high-rev NA V12 character.
